★★★★★

“Our core system is twenty years old. Oro’s team didn’t ask us to rip it out — they built around it. Six weeks in, we had live connectors and a risk team that finally trusted the score.”

Questions banks usually ask

How long does a typical Oro build take?

Most engagements run 8–12 weeks end to end, from scoping your core and decision policies through go-live with hypercare. Complex multi-core or multi-entity banks may run longer — we scope the exact timeline in week one.

Which core banking systems do you connect to?

We build connectors for Temenos, Mambu, FIS, Finastra, and Oracle FLEXCUBE, plus in-house or legacy cores. If your core isn't listed, our solution architects scope a custom connector during the Connect phase.

Can Oro run on-prem, or does it have to be cloud-hosted?

Either. Oro deploys on-prem, in your private cloud, or fully hosted by us — the choice is yours, and data residency requirements are handled as part of the security review.

Who maintains the system after go-live?

You get a named engineer and 90 days of hypercare after launch, and after that your rules and connectors keep evolving with your products — we ship platform updates without breaking your customizations.

How do you handle KYC, AML, and regulator requirements?

Your compliance model — KYC gates, approval chains, audit trails — is configured to your regulator's expectations during the Encode phase, and every decision is fully audit-logged from day one.

What's the difference between Oro and the standard platform?

Decision Machine's core platform is self-serve software your team sets up yourselves. Oro is a scoped build engagement — our engineers connect your specific core, encode your specific rules, and hand over a running system tailored to your bank.
